Paul Potts (ur. 13 października 1970 w Bristolu) – sprzedawca telefonów komórkowych z południowej Walii, śpiewak operowy. Wygrał w brytyjskim show "Britain's Got Talent" produkowanym przez telewizję ITV1. Zaśpiewał m.in. arię "Nessun dorma" z opery Turandot Giacomo Pucciniego. W 2000 roku uczestniczył w komercyjnym kursie dla śpiewaków operowych we Włoszech. Wyróżniony jako jeden z najlepszych studentów zaśpiewał przed Katią Ricciarelli i Luciano Pavarottim. Występował z Królewską Orkiestrą Filharmoniczną. Brał udział w czterech przedstawieniach amatorskiej grupy Bath Opera.

17 czerwca 2007 roku został zwycięzcą programu "Britain's Got Talent", za co dostał 100 tys. funtów i będzie występował przed królową Elżbietą. 16 lipca 2007 w Wielkiej Brytanii został wydany debiutancki album Paula Pottsa zatytułowany One Chance. 22 lipca 2007 album znalazł się na 1. miejscu brytyjskiej listy najlepiej sprzedających się albumów (BBC Top 40 Album chart) i miejsce to zajmował przez kolejne 3 tygodnie.

Britain's Got Talent winner Paul Potts has spent most of his life feeling 'insignificant'. Bullied at school for being 'different', he realized growing up that he had one true friend and that was his voice. Singing was his escape. He was able to lose himself in his own little world - the vicious words of his tormentors replaced by hauntingly beautiful lyrics and melodies that lifted his heart and spirit. It was a love, a passion, a lifeline that would follow Paul into adulthood and help him through many more periods of adversity.

Though it's fair to say that when Paul strolled awkwardly - almost apologetically - onto the Cardiff stage for his first Britain’s Got Talent audition a week before that final, in his now infamous £35 Tesco suit, and announced to Simon and fellow judges Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan that he was going to sing opera, they never thought for one minute they were looking at their winner. Until he opened his mouth and started to sing.
